Delete your account

You can permanently delete your GatherMate account and personal data at any time.

Delete from within the app (fastest)

1. Open GatherMate and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Can't access the app?

Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you:
support@gathermate.no. We action these requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login.
• Your email address and username.
• Reports you have submitted.

What is kept

Foraging spots you shared remain on the community map so the map stays useful for everyone, but they are anonymized — no longer linked to your name or account.
